• One of our surveyors or engineers will visit your home or work premises & discuss with you your requirements.
• For example should you wish to have security grilles fitted to your windows, then an engineer will come & measure the size, ensure that there are no fixing problems & discuss with you the style or colour of the grille.
• He will then send you a written estimate; clearly stating what works are to be carried out & what price you will have to pay.
• This estimate will remain valid for up to 60 days.
• Our surveyors & engineers are members of the Master Locksmiths Association & have been working in the security industry for over 20 years, they are able to bring a great deal of experience to a survey & are able to offer free advice which would help you decide on the best product for your situation.
• For safe installations it is vital that we visit site to check that the safe will be able to be fitted where it is required, & that the floor can cope with the weight of the required safe.
